Beta Test - Technical Issues Thread [PLEASE READ ORIGINAL POST FOR STATUS]

Hey Beta Testing Summoners!

This thread is to report any technical issues that you may be having with the Beta Test program. Please report any problems that you encounter, and provide as much information as you can, including where the problem occurs, and if you have any reproduction steps (steps to make the problem occur).

Note: If you are not yet able to enter the Beta Test, this is intentional, as we are still rolling entry to the Beta out. You can read more about this here: http://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/43643/accepted-into-the-beta-program-but-cant-get-in#latest

Status Update:

We are still working on getting the Beta out to everybody, but this will be taken care of over the next hours, or day. Players that are seeing the Errors when trying to connect, this is because you also do not yet have access to the Beta, but are able to try and log into it for an unknown reason. You will also find your way over the next hours. Give it some time. Trying to log in over and over will not speed the process.

The Auto-Fight issue should now be live in the mode so you can toggle it off if you were stuck with it on.

The Orange Beta Hub button should be there for all Players.

If you do not see the Auto-Fight Button, or are not able to find the Orange Beta Hub button, please let us know.

Lastly, we had reports that players are using their Live energy in the the Beta servers, but this is not possible. It may be a case that when you account was added to the Beta, you did not have full Energy, but it is not possible for a completely different server to use Energy on a different one. If you do happen to find that this is happening, please send us screenshots or a video.

I cannot get any access to beta test after 2 days of trying. A beta test of the beta test should have been done first.

so many people just don’t read the threads if your buttons are greyed out for beta and survey then you have not gotten a invite for this round.

Why is my stash gone? I’m trying to r5 Rulk for ROL testing and I can’t access my iso. I’m really trying to help with testing here but you’re making it very difficult to do so between the 24 wait to get in, another day before you send me beta resources in mail, and now this stash issue.

Those of you that are reporting that you are not yet able to get into the Beta, can you please let us know if you play with more than 1 account on a single device? We're taking a look into seeing if side accounts have a hand in this issue.

I can not find energy refill

I made some videos regarding LC abilities and I was really excited to test this character to check the update.

I wasn't able to enter the beta server so far. I can accept that we are talking about a beta test and I also understand if Kabam has the need to narrow the number of players using the server.

But, if this is the intention, Kabam should limit the access to 24h or 48h per player. Otherwise players like me, who will join later (if we ever join), won't have the same opportunity as others did as we don't have the same amount of time. That doesn't seem fair at all.

Honestly, at this point, I feel that players are serving Kabam's interests better than Kabam is serving ours and, actually, when this whole situation was firstly presented, I thought that cooperation would be something pretty much desired by both parts.
