Can void reverse healing effects??

Just saw a video of void vs rol wolverine by seatin. The video clearly shows that all of wolverine's Regen is reversed one he places fear of void but there is no such thing in his description. Is this intended??

Fear of the Void is a 100% reduction to healing (2x petrify), and you can stack petrify afterwards on top, so it becomes more than 100%. Apparently it's coded to reverse healing at that point. Whether this is intentional or not we'll see

Seems similar to SE Spidey's taunt working on all or nothing node

If he can reverse Regen then he should reverse powergain too.
