Bug automatic heavy [Under Investigation]

Hello guys
It a long time since my fights suffer from a bug that forces my champs into heavy while kicking a light or a medium attack combo

At beginning I thought it was my thumb playing on me bad games

But then I discovered it was a bug because it happened to me couple of times while my right hand thumb was of the screen
It happened while dexturing or while parrying instead my champ drops a heavy attack

That probably make my opponent go throigh it & kicks me down

This causes my champ to die & un-necessarily use of items

My device system Android
Model: SM-N910c
Brand: Samsung Galaxy Note 4

If any player had same issue of automatic release of heavy please comment down

If this issue was discussed elsewhere in the forum let me know please

I hope that Kabam team can inspect that bug because is very frustrating & with a fight like void in the uncollected it will be terrible

    There's actually a few threads about this issue!!
    I refuse to use items when something like that happens!!
    I have put 5.4 on a complete pause until this is updated!!
    I cant do that with Uncollected EQ as we only have 1 month to complete it (I want those rewards)....but I completely changed my gameplay to reduce the chance of my champ to go on a heavy stand but its not %100 avoidable!!

    I really don’t get how can this take so much time to fix ....hence we keep playing your broken game???

    Or you guys need to acknowledge that this game is not compatible with certain phones instead of keeping the community in dark
