Can't play arena or access the glory store

I can't play arena it's locked, I can't use the glory store it's not there. While I'm happy to test the changes I want no part of it when my normal gameplay is affected. I thought these were separate servers why is it affecting my account in this way? I should receive some sort of compensation. For instance I can't get t1a with my loyalty which I need or alliance health pots. Can't earn 4 or 5* shards or bcs from arena. I'm very angry
