DareDevil Classic evade bugs [Not A Bug]

My Classic DD is one of my main war champs (sig 99) “supposed” to be 100% projectile evasion. Only works occasionally against Agent Venom’s SP1 and, Punisher 2099 SP2. I just learned the hard way in war about Agent Venom’s SP1. I bled out because of the failed evasion. He did evade partially but, got clipped by the last few bullets. I recorded video of this as well.

AV's sp1 reduces the evasion activation like about 55% or so (forgot lol). IDK yet about Punisher 2099.

Yeah that av gets me with stark spidey all the time, stink thing is he auto evades but then gets hit by the second half, so I can't even block, I would like to know if this is intense as it actually makes his sig a curse against them

P2099 L2 has lock on so can’t evade that if he has battery charge
