Just pulled a 4 star voodoo, would he be worth rank 4?

    Yes. I used a generic awakening gem on him, brought him to 5/50, and never looked back.

    I reckon he is to a degree. You can still enjoy his regen at the beginning and he has good defensive ability. He is good unduped and great when he is duped.
