Can my brother use my device to login to his account?

My brother's phone broke this week. We both play Marvel Contest of Champions. I know that account sharing is against Terms of Service, but we are using the same device in the meantime for phone calls and social media. Technically we are not sharing an account, we are sharing a device with each playing his respective account while the other is not playing. In case this is a violation, would two different device users, with two different work spaces, playing two different installations of Marvel Contest of Champions be OK?

Yes, that should not be a problem. There is nothing in the rules about sharing a device and I believe that Mods have stated that this is OK but I'm too lazy to look for a link.
