    You can't. The participants were chosen by Kabam, and it's already half over.

    I can save you the trouble.
    Luke Cage was garbage rank 1 early arena fodder before and still is.

    My Red Hulk is rank 4 and I like playing with him in arena and daily cat quests and the update (if it happens) makes him marginally better but he'll never be a war attacker or even used for more difficult quests.
