I think it is 6.3-6.4 million. Someone with 6.5 got him. I got him too. Made 8.9 million with rank about 1500. I knew I overshot but wanted to test my limits. Happy got him.

Hmm. I predicted around 6.8, but I suppose less people are grinding for 4*s. Plus, I've seen a number pull him as well.
