Unit drop rates in uncollected arena crystal
So prior to the release of act 5.4 when I would open 100k in uncollected arena crystals I would usually pull a few units here or there. Since the release of 5.4 I have opened over 700k worth of uncollected arena crystals and haven't received anything other than gold. I thought I was just unlucky but after talking to players within my alliance and others I have discovered this has been happening to everyone. I would like this addressed as it's forcing players to spend money for units as there are few ways to gain them throughout the game. Maybe this is a bug or maybe there has been an adjustment to the drop rates without telling us. Please provide an update.
