Nah. Punisher 2099 is there to make Thor and OG Punisher better through synergy imo. He's a slightly better Iron Man.

He is not well rounded like normal punisher at ALL

Man I was hoping to have a solid tech 5* for r3. I have been on the fence since I pulled him. He is nice once you hit 100 battery and his attack increases and for auto heal block, but he is awfully slow and clunky feeling

He has some regen and some nice heal block and takes a while to learn how to play

MEh, and I'd rather have Yondu or someone else for heal block even though Pun's is automatic if he has enough charge.
