medusa sync with Karnak not working [Not A Bug]

Medusas buff with Karnak appears to not be working.
I have run maps with my 4* medusa taking black bolt and Karnak for buffs. The Karnak buff permanently 4 armor break is not working.
Anyone have information on this?

    It worked for me, i tried ROL winter Soldier with the synergy team and i could stack those permanent armour breaks.
    They might have been consumed by an armour shattered debuff in your case.

    Hey @Buddylv5. I just tested this and has the same results as nameples; the Synergy appears to be working fine. More than likely you're getting 6 total Armor Breaks, which is converting them all into an Armor Shattered. That being said, if you have video or screenshots showing this issue, please post it here and I'll look into it further. Thanks!

    This is my team. And all armor breaks are on timers

    Ok
    My mistake.
    Only heavy attacks inflict permanent armor break.
    Not regular light medium attacks.
