Alliance War Fair Gameplay

Hi fellow mates,
We as an alliance are really frustrated with facing opponents who dont play fair in the war. We are at tier 6 and last two wars we were really beaten because of unfair play(i am sure everyone knows what it means). We reported the players to kabam but how does it doesnt help us in anyway as we lose the war and fall back in war tier. We are not able to move up because of this unfair play. I really urge kabam to take this up seriously. Its a game that we all enjoy so much. Please please kabam, need help..
