Nebula [Not A Bug]

Anyone knows when they going to fix Nebula sp1 and her HB ?
His already past a month and still Kabam don’t fix that damn problem 😡😡😡

Hey @Syborg1. Nebula's SP1 is working correctly at this time; in order for her to activate Power Drain on her SP1, there must be at least one active Shock debuff on your opponent when the Power Drain occurs. The more Shock debuffs they have, the more Power is drained. If you don't have any Shock debuffs on the opponent, no Power is drained. Since this isn't a Bug, I'm going to close out the thread.
