How can I get tons ISOs just like Hall Of Healing?

I just Popped up 5* SL N ranked him up to R2 I knw its pretty low yet m a not much active player so lacking some catalysts...
Well Catalysts can be collected from EQs but its hard to find T3 or T4 IOSs in EQs. During the hall of healing Quests I got soo many ISOs but now m running out of ISOs all i get it T2 and T1 ISOs from Quest Crystals so can any one suggest me where can i get decent amount of ISOs
I'm not very good arena player so I don't play it and when it comes to Act 4 M still at Act 3 cause don't have that much energy and that awesome champs still working on it..

Act 3, Chapter 4, the first quest, the one where Tempest is the boss. I used walk that line just to farm some ISOs.

Hey there thanx fo the help buddy I want to know roughly how much ISOs does it give..!!! And does it make any difference when i travel that path again and again..!!!

It is not Halls of Healing level, but it was the best way I could get them. You will get 2-3 T3 ISOs every time. Double that if you are a lucky guy. 0-1 if you are a really bad lucky one.
