Champs getting “locked up” dex evading green goblin

Whilst fight Green Goblin I noticed multiple times my champ would “lock up” and either refuse to block or evade when I command.

I like this post because it appears to be honest and good, but you obviously know the real reason for this. Kudos for the effort.
