Can people gain points without moving in AW

I was wondering as saw an opponent not move but gain 25.6% is the possible?

Yes. Just joining the war gives a player a percentage even if they didn't do anything. I think the higher rating your champs are, the higher percentage you get. At least that's what I've noticed.

Hmm, looks like ROTW19 went down that middle path and Blackblaze took the left path to teleporter 11, jumping to the upper left path. That player at the start really hasn't moved yet.
