I haven't recived my summoner advancement rewards in the summoner advancement alliance events since two weeks. I am a regular player I have played and upgraded my charecters but didn't recive any rewards after week long event ended.....!!!

How big is the alliance you are in and how many points did you all put up
My advice is start doing what me and my alliance are now doing... hoarding crystals for a week and then popping then following SA... that way you miss one week but are sure to get the next one because you doubled up essentially. The part that sucks is trying to coordinate everyone (or at least the top contributes) to not open and crystals and to hold off on big leveling for a whole week at a time.
But you need to know a few things also. First is to know you're alliance rating. And then, to know what your minimum SA quota is as a team. For most alliances rated over 1.5 million, the cutoff is 265,000 just to be eligible for rewards. this can be found if you select your alliance events in game, and then next to rewards select more. a popup will tell you what the alliance goal is in dark red.
If your alliance is busy with work/school its okay to hoarding a week then open everything.
Imo, after hoarding in a week, let each alliance member to just score a minimum 9k then stop opening crystal. With this method you can hit weekly SA smoothly.
Thats how i manage my alliance member. Minimum per player is 8k , once each of them hit that point they can either stop opening or continue to open/rank up/level up.

9k X 30 = 270k.
To get a little extra try 330k weekly to get at 70-41%.
Minimum per member is 10k.
We (and I bet the OP's alliance as well to one degree or another) are not there yet. Like most alliances we carry half our alliance (half are new player and/or kids of members... so that is just not feasible when the top 10 pull the rest).
I think the saving method is great if you are consistently not meeting requirements each week (and week just missed the last 2 weeks by a little... so we will do this until we can reliably rank each week instead of watching us not rank by a very small margin each week).
EDIT:
Oh wanted to point out ALL types of crystals count for SA (even sig stone, daily, arena, even arena boost crystals count). All leveling, ranking and that stuff counts too. What i would suggest is just hold off on most crystals and most big time leveling until the following week (you can probably still comfortable do Level up Events to get the 4th milestone rewards to get the units but not unnecessary leveling in the off week).
