Rank up 4s Duped 67 Guillotine to R5/50 or 5s Unduped Dr. VooDoo to R3/30?

I read the other posting said that Dr. VooDoo is useless unless Duped. Not confidence I will get 5* Dr. VooDoo again from opening the 5* crystal. So I guess I will take a chance upgrade 4* Guillotine Duped 67 to R5/50 instead.

I'd take voodoo, you also might get a gem for him, and it's not unreasonable to use a generic on him also
