Magik Limbo not working properly

in Bugs and Known Issues
It's just me or Magik's Limbo doesnt makes the proper damage in comparw to what the stats says, whenever you are on advantage or disvadtange on class the damage of limbo changes a lot. Anyone?

    Limbo and other DoT effects will deal increased damage based on the boosts on the particular nodes that champ is on

    I check it on event quest against Electro, Hyperio and The Collector and none of thwm were accurate to the specifiactiona of Magik
