Didn't get PHC from chapter 1 finish

started new account finished chapter 1 and didn't get a PHC , whats the story!!!

Hey @vdkaknight777. If you ever have issues with prizes, you would want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can double check your account. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing the Support option. Thanks!
