No rewards

I spun a 4* crystal and then my wifi cut out and I didn't get anything when I looked at my crystal vault I didn't have the 4* crystal

Look at your roster , you might have a new 4* champ or have Awakened one. if not then look if one of your previously duped champs have higher PI. if that's the case it is because you got him/her duped.

if it's not any of these things, then send a ticket.

I checked all my characters they're the same and no new ones either

Hey there @Meganaut15. For an issue like this, you'd want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can review your account data. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing the Support option. Thanks!
