Recovery time from Morningstar

When I’m using Morningstar and use her sp3 the recovery time is completely outrageous! It goes from the screen brightly flashing to the enemy standing in front of you! How is this not been fixed?? Please tell me this is in works for the update. Her sp3 is a must use but without fixing the recovery time you basically have destroyed such a fun champ that you have created to use and play with. @Kabam Miike
