HEY I NOTICED QUAKES CONCUSSION ISN’T STOPPING MORDO’S POWER GAIN ANYMORE. EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS FINE WITH HER, BUT SURELY THIS IS A DETRIMENT.
PLEASE FIX THIS. THANK YOU.

    Not a bug.

    If you read Mordo's ability description, it states that he has an 'Astral Form' that prevents his ability accuracy from being reduced both passively or directly so characters like BW, XB, Quake, Archangel etc can't reduce his accuracy.
