Personally, I think Star Lord, Voodoo, Archangel, SW, Blade, Gwenpool are worth a generic awakening gem without a doubt.

Hyperion and Iceman are both worth, but they don't get as much as those I mentioned.

On the other hand, you did not spend those units just to keep the awakening gem there getting dust. So go for Hyperion.
