your 150 unit taskmaster crystal clearly shows Hela to be the secondary top prize, yet shes not in the crystal by your own words.

ill take back my units and a free hela as you did for the serinty/void mistake thank you.

    Nowhere in the description of the crystal does it state that Hela is in it.

    I’m sorry where did they say this? There was one in my reel. 5 Star... if you are referring to the original announcement, it’s old subfeatured, after morningstar are in there

    That’s how featured crystals work. On the first round you have a chance of 2 new champions. In this case that would have been taskmaster and hela when they were first released. This is the 2nd round, and like all 2nd round featured crystals the secondary champ is not included. It’s only an increased chance to get the main featured champ just before they’re added to premiums. This isn’t a new thing, it’s been that way for a very long time. You’ll notice that on the first round the description will clearly state which 2 new champs are available.
