Unable to dash back

During war fights today there were serveral times my Champions didnt dash back when i swiped. More guys in my ally have seen this in game aswell. This really needs to be fixed fast

Is it against every champion? Void for an example, has the ability to reduce the effectivnes of Dexterity. Maybe that was the case?
