Awaken Dr Voodoo or Iceman

I recently got a generic awakening gem for 850 units from kabam offer. And have both Iceman and dr voodoo at 4/40 unduped. I was wondering which to use the awakening gem on? Or not at all as I believe both are still effective unduped. Thanks

    Dr Voodoo
    Iceman is still very effective undupped, but voodoo absolutely needs to be awakened to be useful
