Was Mephisto in the Hades cristal in the first minutes?

I opened five Hades cristals in the very first minutes of its launch and i didn’t got it ( I know it is bad luck but not unusual).
. However i did pulled taskmaster and morningstar, which are more likely to be in a taskmaster cristal. With the recent mixed up with sentry-void featured,i just wonder if it was just another bad pull, or a bug...

I spinned another Hades cristal today, and Mephisto didn't even showed in the animation. It landed on Rhino.
