    Loaded question without much context. Some great champs, could argue BW is the only one that has to have it to be VERY EFFECTIVE; lots on that list are really good unduped. But she needs a high sig. What do you need on your roster or is it just burning a hole in your stash?

    Def not Yondu, Nebula, Hood, Storm, or Pun for sure. I would save it.
