Archangel question

So I had this 4star AA in rank 4 in like forever unduped, and in the last week I pulled a 5 star AA and duped twice the 4* one. So sho do you think I should rank up first? the 4 star duped to rank 5 or the 5 star unduped to rank 4

For my vote, it would depend on what you need more for content that you're on. The prestige of a r4 5* (unduped) and the damage output that brings, or the utility of neurotoxin

The dupe gives him ability accuracy reduction, but the 5* at R4 is going to be doing so much damage that, in most situations (though not all) he won’t need it, the 5* will be doing much more damage. Plus 6*s come out on the 31st
