Luke Cage Buff?

Does anyone know of Luke Cage has to be duped to receive the changes? I have a 5 Star one and if he gets the new stuff unduped I’ll r3 him

No one. I just wondered if he needed to be duped to get the changes

He needs to be duped to get indestructible now so I'd assume that will not change.unsure about the damage ramp up

IMO regardless if it is to be duped or not, they will have the same effects (except on the sig ability)

His indestructible will now be able to trigger multiple times but he will need to be awakened for it
