Gwenpool SP1 Incinerate not stacking

in Bugs and Known Issues
Gwenpool used to be able to stack her incinerates on her SP1. This bug is still here since v12 and I do not see it on any lists.

    Miike acknowledged this in one of earlier threads -- along with one where her ability accuracy reduction didn't work on auto evades. I don't see either in official bug list.

    I am pretty sure that one is on the living list.
