For example, say void has an attack rating of 1691. When fear of the void takes effect, the description says it combines the intimiditating presence Debuffs and grants void 1390 attack rating for 40 seconds. So... is his attack rating now increased to 3081 when fear of the void is active? The reason why ask is because I’m not sure that this happening based on the damage numbers being displayed when landing hits on the opponents. Maybe someone at Kabam can also confirm. Thanks in advance.
