I cannot connect to my account

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just reseted my phone so all account were disconnected so i tried to connect to my account with my Google Play account so i pressed log in and then Google play login and it just started my game from the beggining and if i go to settings and press log in with Googl Play nothing happens . I didnt have my account linked with a kabam id i had it linked with Google play. If i press sing up with Google play again nothing happens. I need help my account name is xScreamer25 level 57..
