Masochism bugged?

I’ve noticed that if you apply two debuffs at the same time, it nulifies both of them. Example, when you Parry with Blade, it removes both the stun and the bleed. Shouldn’t it only remove one? I would think it would eat the Parry, and leave the Bleed. Is this a bug? Thanks!
