Who should I use 4* awakening gem on?

I have one awakening gem right now, and I'm impatient, wondering who I should use it on. Or if I should just wait till I pull something better.

Elektra
Symb Spidey
Magik
Moon Knight
Mordo
Rogue
Crossbones

    If your champs are still taking hits, Wolverine.
    His regen is helpful and scale with power meter (if you don't use specials).

    If you are playing near flawlessly, Magik.
    Her specials and limbo buff are just a beauty.
