Who do I rank up? 5-Star X23 or 4-Star Iceman?

I mean Iceman Rank 5. Help me folks. I am supremely confused.

I was in the same boat. Currently have 4* Iceman at rank 4, 5* x-23 also at rank four. NO regrets.
