Red Hulk PI decrease?

I like the new buff to Red Hulk... But why the PI decrease? I have him as 4* r5 and he was one of my strongest.. He still is but wasn't expecting his prestige to drop while being buffed.. Or am I trippin? Do all buffed champs PI get decreased?

    I noticed it as well i think they decresed his base attack also.

    Hmmm.. I guess that would lower the PI. I just wasn't expecting it.. If anything, I figured it would increase..

    His heat charges caused energy damage before and now it is physical damage. Maybe it is related to it.

    Ahhh.. I see.. But still.. My Red Hulks PI went down more than 150 points.. Isn't that a lot?

    @AshyKnuckles I've got screenshots of my maxed-out 3* Rulk, and his PI had gone up:

    His base health and damage haven't changed. I meant to grab his critical rates and armour/blocking, but forgot. I suspect they have gone down slightly for balance; but that's fine. Overall he seems a lot better now, and so does Luke.

    I didn't even look at my 3* Rulk.. Cool! I guess for balance sake it had to be done..

    Yeah same here... It's not an astronomically huge drop but... I'm just wondering if the PI decrease was intentional or a mistake..

    It does seem a bit odd. Has anyone got shots from a 5* Rulk to compare to?

    Don't know why the 3* PI would go up, and the 4* go down!

    my 5* went from 3360 to 3305. lol.
