Not able to log in(Network error)

This started happening before the update, and I’ve tried everything. Restarting the game turning off wifi, turning off cellular, reinstalling the game. I’ve also contacted kabam support TWICE and they failed to give me an answer as to why Im STILL experiencing this stupid issue.
