OG Vision nerf?!

What's wrong with OG Vision? Since patch 17.0 today, Vision doesn't start with a bar of power, and his synthesis doesn't trigger nearly as often. I paid money for this champion. Dirty pool.

Kabam stated that it is a bug that they are aware of and they are working on fixing it for the next update
