Can we have then rotated whenever you guys decide to add more, since you will be doing that with the new 5* feature crystal why not do it with 6* as well

Honestly, they're probably just going to gradually add new 6* champs to the crystal. Given, not any time soon, but I doubt they're going to do a rotation.
