Thor Ragnarok Health Regeneration Bug?

I've noticed many times when using Thor - Ragnarok that he doesn't always get the health regeneration he is supposed to get after a win, when Hela is on the team as well. Is there some mechanic that some champs have that would stop this? Most recent example was I just beat Yellow Jacket in a war, but the health didn't go up.
