To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Trials of time quest entry used up and never started it

I was setting my team to start the expert quest when my phone died. No big deal right? Wrong.
I log back in and it says my entry has already been used? How is this possible, and even if somehow I accidentally entered the quest before losing power, I never quit or started a fight for that matter.
I really hope this gets resolved and compensated considering I bought $300 worth of 3 star champions those little rewards is all that keeps me going now.
