Best way to get iso-8

I have many 4 star champs
But very less iso
So can anyone tell me from which
Story quest I will get more iso -8

    Just keep progressing through the quests...you will get iso and crystals, you get the most iso when you start duping your 4* champs...until you build up a pool of iso, it is a slow process

    The best place to grind for ISO is Act 4 if you’re at that point of the story. If not, just keep playing till you are

    Yes I have done act 4

    But which story

    For example.g. 4.2.6

    The problem with that is that if u dont play for a month or so, ur Iso is all gone. I once had thousands of ISO, now its all gone, and I cant uplevel anyone.
