THE RETURN OF THE GREAT BLOCK/COMBO DROP BUG!

I thought it was gone forever.....but here we are. I actually quit playing the game for 2 months back in September because this glitch had plagued my experience since JULY 2017. Finally, in the November update, I could play again while being able to block and attack correctly. How is it possible that you have now brought the bug back?! FIX THIS ASAP. It is complete nonsense. I can't play war/AQ, and don't dare to try getting through any hard quests. I refuse to use a bunch of my resources because Kabam has once again broken the game. ANYONE ELSE PISSED?
