Not loosing half health in new monthly event quest

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just noticed when my game crashed and i was in the middle of a fight in the uncollected event quest, my champ didnt loose half health when i logged in, is this a bug or a change? It would be nice if its a change as the game crashes quite often and it sucks to loose half health when its not ur fault.

    Next time something good happens in the game just keep it to yourself. It's because of posts like these we can't have nice things
