Since lunar new year is celebrated on 16 February, my wild guess is that the 2-weeks calendar (including event) will begin on 3 February...

Given the fact that chinese new year is celebrated for 16 days beggining on new years eve and that new years eve is the 15th of feb my guess would be that the calender will start then.
The only other suggesting is that due to the fact they start preperations 7 days before that we mah see something happen on the 8th....
