Event quests: Unlock Master difficulty

Doing the Heroic difficulty when your IP is > 50k is so boring.
I don't understand why Master difficulty is locked.
So, every month this is the same, for few days you must do auto-fight to complete Heroic quest to 100%.

Uncollected should have an alternate option if they explore uncollected OR heroic then master is unlocked.
