@Kabam Miike @Kabam Wolf @Kabam Vydious @Kabam Loto @Kabam Zibiit So I’ve sent several different messages to kabam support and have gotten nothing but the generic message they send to everyone. Our alliance ended up dropping out of expert tier due to several of our members not being able to log into the game during the last 2 days of aq. Considering this was a glitch that did not effect everyone or every alliance the same, tiers should be reset to what they were at the beginning of this last aq cycle. This seems to be the only fair and reasonable resolution. We should not be penalized for YOUR glitchy update.
